TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by NaturAir. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
NaturAir provides home reset, end of tenancy cleaning, and sanitisation services.
All services are delivered using a structured cleaning process and are subject to property condition and access.
2. Bookings and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Full payment is required prior to the service unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may result in loss of payment.
If NaturAir is unable to access the property at the agreed time, this may be treated as a late cancellation.
4. Property Access and Preparation
The customer must ensure that the property is accessible at the agreed time.
To allow an effective clean, all surfaces should be cleared of clutter where possible. This includes removing personal items, objects, and obstructions from work areas.
Where excessive clutter is present, this may limit the quality of cleaning and may require additional time.
If significant movement of furniture or items is required to complete the clean, an additional charge from £50 may apply.
NaturAir reserves the right to adjust pricing based on property condition and preparation.
5. Cleaning Standards
NaturAir provides a high standard of cleaning; however, results may vary depending on the condition of the property.
Some stains, marks, or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.
We do not guarantee the removal of all stains or restoration of heavily worn surfaces.
6. Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
Carpet and upholstery cleaning is carried out using professional extraction methods.
Results depend on fibre type, age, and condition of the material.
Drying times may vary depending on ventilation and environmental conditions.
7. Fogging and Sanitisation
Where fogging treatments are applied, the following conditions must be met:
All people must vacate the treated area during the fogging process. The area must remain unoccupied for a minimum of 25 minutes after treatment.
Any items that may be sensitive to moisture or treatment should be removed or protected in advance.
Pets, including fish and other animals, must be removed from the area or appropriately protected before treatment.
NaturAir is not responsible for damage to items that have not been removed or protected prior to fogging.
8. Health and Safety
All services are carried out in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
Customers must inform NaturAir of any hazards, risks, or special conditions within the property prior to the service.
9. Liability
NaturAir will take all reasonable care when delivering services.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Wear and tear
Items not secured or removed prior to cleaning
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
10. Access and Utilities
The customer must provide access to electricity and water where required.
Failure to provide access may result in cancellation or rescheduling of the service.
11. Pricing
All prices are subject to property size, condition, and additional services requested.
NaturAir reserves the right to amend pricing if the property condition differs significantly from the information provided at booking.
12. Right to Refuse Service
NaturAir reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if:
The property is unsafe
Conditions differ significantly from those described
There is risk to health, safety, or equipment
13. Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
We will assess and respond promptly to resolve any issues.
14. Amendments
NaturAir reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
